Every now and again (love that saying), you encounter a situation and get to witness The Universe in perfect synchronicity, because someone is doing exactly what they’re supposed to be doing. Rury Lee is that someone, and words can't articulate the impact she's had on my life. My doctor is upstairs from Belltown Core PT, and recommended I go for knee issues, my insurance required it prior to an MRI. I was like really, just give me my damn MRI, PT is stupid for this, it’s an injury. We’ll once again, I discovered yet another area of personal ignorance. It may sound wacky, but my experience at Core has had the greatest impact on my life, of any/all things, over the past 10 plus years. I’m 57, used to be active, got caught up in work, wife, kids, etc and failed to take care of myself physically. It was tough for me to buy into PT, and I typically quit this kind of stuff, and quit early on. Since going to see Rury, I’m in my best shape, because she motivated me to go from knee exercises to alleviate my knee pain, to a broad range of other exercises. The knee pain is now gone, but now my lower back is bothering me, because of my new strenuous workout routine. No doubt Rury will have my back fixed, and hopefully my body won’t be like whack-a mole, with other pains as I stay in shape. But if I continue to experience pain, I’ll power through it with the help of Core, because physical limitations suck. I’m now tearing up Tiger Mountain on my new bike, playing my drums every day, skiing for the first time in 20 years, and I’m looking to get in a softball league this Spring. Because of Core and Rury, I’m the happiest I’ve been in a long time! (Also shout-out to Rhianna and Annabelle, they’re also super awesome)

I met with a minor accident a couple months ago, and started seeing Robert (Robby) at Core Physical Therapy for recovery massages to ease my neck and back from the impacts. Robby is a magician! He has helped me so much with his excellent technique and also very knowledgeable advice. Also wanted to give a shout out to Annabelle who manages the front of the office for being so prompt and helpful always! Highly recommend.

My first and best experience of physical therapy in Seattle. Dr Ashley is so kind and understanding. Such accurate diagnosis of pain. The exercises are so helpful and reduced my issues considerably. The whole team is so warm. All the physical therapists are really good.

The Physical therapists have been well-trained and have seemed to really care about their patients. Actually, even the support staff have been great as well--putting me on a waiting list for therapy appointments and then calling me when openings are available. Jeremy and Ashley have been giving me excellent care. The facility is immaculate and I feel very comfortable there with masks required and each piece of equipment sanitized after every use.

I highly recommend Core Physical Therapy! Their staff is amazing, well-trained, and genuinely caring. I am finding relief for my back pain under their care. Special shout-out to Rury. She is really patient, encouraging, and just a wonderful person to work with. On my very first day, I set a goal with her: to be able to explore hikes in Washington. I’m happy to share that I recently finished my first (apparently it was a hard-level on AllTrails) hike successfully! My recovery is speeding along, and I couldn’t have done it without their support. Thank you, Core Physical Therapy team, for helping me reach my goal!

My therapists Ashley and Rhianna are exceptionally caring and nice people. Their knowledge, and routine of work exceeds that of a person just doing their job. They make it a comfortable environment, with Intuition not pushing me past my capacity. The secretary Annabelle has the most welcoming smile and and greeting when entering the office. Core physical therapy in Belltown is a wonderful place to attend.

The entire team at Core is so supportive and welcoming! I’ve been working with Dr. Ashley for about five months, and I’ve noticed such great progress — my core strength has improved, my balance is better, and the exercises have really helped ease pain and discomfort. Dr. Ashley is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly my biggest cheerleader. Highly recommend

Rury was attentive, focused, and fully present at every appointment. Her guidance was firm, thoughtful, and tailored to my needs. She repeatedly emphasized realistic goals and sustainable progress, and I appreciated her steady approach. Annabelle and Rury were also very accommodating as I learned the ropes of commuting by Metro and occasionally needed schedule adjustments. Sometimes I would arrive quite early, and if Rury was available she’d take me early. PT takes commitment, and Rury consistently provided support, structure, and encouragement along the way. I’m grateful for the care I received.
